Tomato - Organic Jubilee

Tomato 'Jubilee' (also known as Golden Jubilee) is an acclaimed, award-winning heirloom slicing tomato renowned for its large, smooth, bright golden-orange fruit. Offering a mild, delightfully sweet, non-acidic flavor with thick, meaty flesh and very few seeds, it delivers a wonderful texture for slicing. Exceptionally high-yielding and reliable, its stunning color adds vibrant visual appeal to fresh summer salads, platters, and gourmet sandwiches.

Planting Instructions

• Position: Plant in a warm, sheltered spot in full sun (at least 6–8 hours daily) in fertile, well-draining soil heavily amended with compost or well-rotted manure.
• Transplanting: Handle seedlings gently to protect roots. Plant slightly deeper than it sat in its nursery cell, burying the stem up to its lower leaves to encourage a strong, deep root system.
• Depth & Spacing: Space plants 60–75 cm apart in rows 90 cm apart. As an indeterminate (climbing) variety, install a sturdy 1.8 m stake or tomato cage at planting time to support tall growth and heavy fruit clusters.
• Watering: Water deeply and consistently at soil level to keep the ground evenly moist. Even moisture prevents fruit cracking and blossom end rot. Avoid wetting the leaves.
• Harvest: Harvest after 11–13 weeks when fruits turn a uniform golden-orange color and yield slightly to gentle pressure.
