Our Tennis Elbow Elixir and Salve have been designed to work together synergistically to support the healing of lateral epicondylitis—commonly known as tennis elbow. Combining internal and external herbal support, this duo helps reduce inflammation, repair connective tissue, and relieve pain caused by overuse, strain, or repetitive motion. Perfect for athletes, gardeners, or anyone struggling with tendon discomfort.
Key Ingredients:
- Solomon's Seal (Polygonatum spp.): Known for its ability to nourish and restore ligaments, tendons, and connective tissue. It helps with joint alignment and tissue hydration, aiding in deep repair.
- Teasel Root (Dipsacus fullonum): Traditionally used for musculoskeletal pain, teasel helps stimulate circulation to injured areas and supports tissue regeneration.
- Horsetail (Equisetum arvense): Rich in silica, horsetail strengthens connective tissue, tendons, and bone. It aids in collagen synthesis, making it especially valuable for soft tissue healing.
Medicinal Properties:
- Anti-inflammatory: Solomon’s seal and teasel help reduce local and systemic inflammation that contributes to pain and stiffness in the elbow.
- Tissue Repair & Regeneration: These herbs support the natural regeneration of overused or damaged tendons and ligaments.
- Connective Tissue Strengthening: Horsetail improves elasticity and resilience of tissues, promoting long-term joint stability.
- Pain Relief: The salve offers immediate topical relief by soothing aching joints and reducing localized pain when applied consistently.
Our Tennis Elbow Elixir and Salve offer a comprehensive herbal solution for managing pain, inflammation, and tissue damage associated with repetitive strain injuries. By addressing both internal inflammation and external discomfort, this duo works holistically to restore mobility, reduce pain, and support long-term tendon health—so you can get back to the activities you love.
