• Infants (Under 1 year): Crush 1 tablet and dissolve in a small spoonful of warm water.
• Structural & Strengthener Protocol: Take 1 dose 3 times daily consistently for 2–3 months to rebuild hair, nail, and connective tissue integrity. For acute skin impurities or wound recovery, take 1 dose up to 4 times daily until acute clearing stabilizes.
