This tea is a blend of herbs that were traditionally used to help you to relax.
Traditional uses for herbs in this tea blend;
- regarded as an adrenal tonic or supportive herb (Conventional)
- gives the adrenal gland some relief
- a relaxant herb
- helps against the effects of environmental stress (Conventional)
- reduce anxiety and stress, help fight depression
- have calming and sedative properties
- increases energy
How to brew:
Drink 1 – 2 cups per day. Add 1 tsp per cup of hot water and soak for 15 mins. Strain and enjoy. You can add more warm water after straining.
Do not take if Pregnant or breastfeeding
