This tea is a blend of herbs that were traditionally used to help Mumma through pregnancy. This tea blend used Certified Organic Herbs unless specified.
Traditional uses for herbs in this tea blend;
- relieve general pain during pregnancy
- used to help with swelling during pregnancy
- great all around pregnancy tonic
- could reduce nausea and vomiting
- often recommended for insomnia, anxiety, nausea and problems with digestion
- morning sickness and indigestion.
- Has a calming effect and helps relieve irritability, insomnia, and anxiety.
- tone the muscles of your uterus
Do not drink in first trimester - Always check with your health practitioner before consuming.
How to brew:
Drink 1 – 2 cups per day. Add 1 tsp per cup of hot water and soak for 15 mins. Strain and enjoy. You can add more warm water after straining.
