This tea is a blend of herbs and spices that was a traditional cup of tea in India.  This tea blend used Certified Organic Herbs unless specified.

How to brew

Boil together for 5 minutes. Add 1 cup whole milk (or milk substitute). Bring to a boil again.  Strain and enjoy.
