Nat Mur (Sodium Chloride) is the master fluid distribution and moisture regulator among Schüssler’s 12 Tissue Salts. Because water follows sodium in the body, Nat Mur governs the precise allocation of hydration across cellular membranes, mucous membranes, and extracellular fluid. Energetically, it balances extremes of moisture—ideal for conditions marked by severe dryness (such as chapped skin or dry mucous membranes) alongside watery discharges (such as running eyes or clear, watery colds), as well as physical or emotional desiccation, fluid retention, and deep-seated grief or sun sensitivity.

Suggested Use

• Infants (Under 1 year): Crush 1 tablet and dissolve in a small spoonful of warm water.
• Hydration & Seasonal Protocol: Take 1 dose 3 times daily consistently during seasonal allergy periods or for chronic dry conditions. For acute hay fever flare-ups or watery eye irritation, take 1 dose every 30–60 minutes (up to 4 doses daily) until symptoms settle.
