Kali Mur (Potassium Chloride) is the primary congestion-clearing and second-stage inflammatory tissue salt among Schüssler’s 12 Tissue Salts. Present in every cell, muscle, and nerve fiber, Kali Mur works closely with fibrin—the fibrous protein involved in cellular coagulation and mucous formation. Energetically, it acts as a deep de-congestant when acute inflammation (Ferrum Phos stage) has passed, leaving behind thick, white, or sluggish secretions, swollen glands, or sticky coating on tissues.

This essential decongesting tissue salt supports clear airways, lymphatic flow, and healthy mucous membrane function:

Suggested Use

• Adults & Children 12+: Dissolve 1–2 tablets under the tongue 3 times daily, or as needed for acute symptoms.
• Children (1–11 years): Dissolve 1 tablet under the tongue 3 times daily.
• Infants (Under 1 year): Crush 1 tablet and dissolve in a small spoonful of warm water.
• Decongestion Protocol: Take 1 dose 3 times daily for ongoing respiratory clearance or glandular swelling. During acute sinus or ear congestion, take 1 dose every 30–60 minutes (up to 4 doses daily) until airways and congestion begin to clear.
