One very simple self care ritual that you can do to relax and unwind is to invite yourself to a luxurious foot bath. This practice will help reduce stress, anxiety, and over-thinking, and help with sleeping. It is truly amazing to watch how we all get a little calmer as we sit with our feet soaking in a herbal foot soak.  Herbal foot soaks are also a great way to get the kids interested in Herbs.  Use your Herbal Foot Soak when needed - ideally 1 - 2 times per week.

All you need to do is:

  1. Find a container where you are able to put both feet in to soak
  2. Fill your container - (Half full - don't forget the water will rise when you immerse your feet) with just over warm water and place your Herbal Foot Soak pouch in the water.
  3. Let pouch steep until water cools to temperature that is comfortable for immersing your feet.
  4. Soak your feet for 5 to 15 minutes.

You will receive 2 x 10g pouches (two foot soaks)

Stress Less Foot Soak contains;

Organic Chamomile, Organic Passionflower, Organic Oats, Organic Linden, Organic Lemon Balm
