
One very simple self care ritual that you can do to relax and unwind is to invite yourself to a luxurious foot bath. This practice will help reduce stress, anxiety, and over-thinking, and help with sleeping. It is truly amazing to watch how we all get a little calmer as we sit with our feet soaking in a herbal foot soak. Herbal foot soaks are also a great way to get the kids interested in Herbs. Use your Herbal Foot Soak when needed - ideally 1 - 2 times per week.
All you need to do is:
- Find a container where you are able to put both feet in to soak
- Fill your container - (Half full - don't forget the water will rise when you immerse your feet) with just over warm water and place your Herbal Foot Soak pouch in the water.
- Let pouch steep until water cools to temperature that is comfortable for immersing your feet.
- Soak your feet for 5 to 15 minutes.
