Coriander 'Organic' (also known as Cilantro) is an essential, fast-growing culinary herb prized for its vibrant green, feathery leaves and distinctively fresh, citrusy aroma. A staple in Mexican, Asian, Middle Eastern, and Indian cuisines, both the tender leaves and stems bring a bright flavor to fresh salsas, curries, pho, tacos, and chutneys. Planting Instructions

• Position: Thrives in a sunny to partially shaded position in fertile, well-draining soil rich in organic compost. Protection from harsh afternoon sun helps delay premature bolting (flowering).
• Transplanting: Handle seedlings with extra care—coriander has a sensitive taproot that dislikes disturbance. Transplant gently without disturbing the root ball.
• Depth & Spacing: Plant at the exact depth of the nursery cell. Space plants 20–25 cm apart to allow adequate room for bushy growth and good airflow.
• Watering: Water regularly to keep the soil consistently moist but not waterlogged. Inconsistent watering or dry conditions will trigger the plant to bolt to seed early.
• Harvest: Harvest outer leaves and stems regularly once the plant reaches 15 cm tall. For best flavour, pick leaves before the plant begins to form flower buds.
