• Infusion (Tea): Add 1–2 teaspoons of dried Catnip to 1 cup of freshly boiled water. Cover immediately with a lid or saucer (to trap its delicate, active volatile oils) and steep for 8–10 minutes. Strain and sip warm up to 3 times daily or before bed
• Calming Blend: Sip after dinner to ease both digestion and mental chatter simultaneously.
