• Growth & Recovery Support: Take 1 dose 3 times daily consistently with meals to support nutrient absorption, bone development, and convalescence. For acute growing pains or physical exhaustion, tablets can be taken more frequently (e.g., every 30–60 minutes for up to 4 doses) until acute discomfort eases.
