Arthritis Balm
Arthritis Balm
When our body becomes injured or encounters an infection, it activates defense mechanisms to protect itself. It does this by instructing our cells to fight off the invader. This fighting process causes inflammation, which often presents as swelling, redness and pain.
The signs and symptoms of chronic inflammation may be present from several months to years and include:
- chronic fatigue or insomnia
- persistent pain
- joint stiffness
- skin problems
- elevated blood markers (such as C-reactive protein)
- gastrointestinal issues (constipation, diarrhoea, acid reflux)
- depression, anxiety and mood disorders
- unintended weight gain or loss
- frequent colds or flu
This Arthritis Balm can help relieve joint pain when applied to the skin. They can provide short-term — but effective — relief.
How to Use:
Just open your jar of balm and gently rub your fingers over the surface. The heat from your hands will melt and transfer a little bit onto your fingertips. From there simply rub the balm into hands or any area where you have pain. By using this method, you can apply a little bit at a time and stop before skin feels greasy.
