Our PMS Relief Elixir is a gentle, yet powerful blend of herbs designed to support women during the premenstrual phase of their cycle. This formula specifically targets the emotional and physical symptoms associated with Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS)—including mood swings, irritability, cramps, breast tenderness, and fatigue. It combines hormone-balancing and nervine herbs to bring calm, stability, and comfort throughout the month.
Key Ingredients:
- Black Cohosh (Actaea racemosa): Traditionally used to balance female hormones and relieve menstrual cramps, Black Cohosh helps regulate estrogen dominance and reduce muscle tension.
- St. John's Wort (Hypericum perforatum): A well-known herb for mood support, St. John’s Wort assists in lifting low mood, easing irritability, and promoting emotional balance.
- Rose Petals (Rosa spp.): Emotionally uplifting and gently astringent, rose petals help soothe emotional distress, ease heartache, and reduce bloating or mild cramping with their soft cooling energy.
Medicinal Properties:
- Hormonal Modulation: Black Cohosh supports the endocrine system by gently influencing estrogenic activity, reducing hormonal imbalances that contribute to PMS symptoms.
- Mood Support: St. John’s Wort offers a natural serotonin-boosting effect, helpful for PMS-related low mood, anxiety, or emotional sensitivity.
- Uterine Support: Rose petals help tone and soothe the uterus, supporting healthy menstrual flow while also acting as a mild anti-inflammatory.
- Nervous System Soothing: This blend supports the nervous system, helping to reduce emotional reactivity and improve resilience during hormonal fluctuations.
- Digestive and Circulatory Benefits: Rose also gently supports circulation and digestion, two systems that often become sluggish during PMS.
Our PMS Relief Elixir offers natural, soothing support for the emotional and physical challenges of premenstrual syndrome. With hormone-regulating and mood-balancing herbs, it helps restore inner calm and ease discomfort so you can feel more grounded and supported during your cycle.
