This tea is a blend of herbs that was traditionally used to help people to relax and fall asleep easier. This Tea blend uses Certified Organic Herbs unless specified.
Traditional uses for herbs in this tea blend;
- used for anxiety and inability to sleep
- used as a sedative
- calmative properties can leave you relaxed; release your stress
- stimulate the adrenal gland, which promotes a healthy level of cortisol in the body.

- alleviate headaches and insomnia
- induce sound sleep and keep bad dreams at bay.

How to brew:
Drink 1 – 2 cups per day. Add 1 tsp per cup of hot water and soak for 15 mins. Strain and enjoy. You can add more warm water after straining.
