Herbal Tea Blend Organic - Follicular Phase

This phase starts on the first day of your period.  Two hormones follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH) are released from the braini and travel to your blood and down to your ovaries.

These hormones stimulate the growth of eggs in your ovaries and also trigger and increase in the production of estrogen.

When your estrogen rises it turns off the production of FSH to limit the number follicles that prepare your eggs for release.

To naturally replenish and vitalize your body during the bleeding phase - this tea assists with common complaints during menstruation.  This is the time to rest and relax.

How to brew:

Drink 1 – 2 cups per day. Add 1 tsp per cup of hot water and soak for 15 mins.  Strain and enjoy.  You can add more warm water after straining.
