Herbal Electuary Organic - Lemon Balm

Electuaries make some of the most pungent tasting herbs palatable.  It is herbal powders mixed with raw honey to create a paste.  This paste can be taken by the spoonful or mixed with water to make a delicious medicinal herbal tea.  As the herbs are left in the jar, the mix could be come stronger over time.  Depends on how fast you go through your Herbal Electuary.

The herbs are left in the honey and some powders do not powder very well, so if you dont want to taste small lumps of herbs you can put your teaspoon of Herbal Electuary in an infuser and pour hot water or milk over the infuser. You will still get the full properties of the herbs in the liquid.  We have some tea strainer for sale if you need one.

How to take;

Take a teaspoon of Lemon Balm Herbal Electuary 1-2 times a day.  You can have as is, or mix with warm water or milk (any kind you like) for a warm cuppa.

**Do not give honey based medicines/Syrups to children under 1 years old.**
