Herb Eye Pillow

Herbal sleep pillows are a wonderful way to bring herbs into the lives of your friends and family. They are simply fragrant herbs stuffed into small pouches and then placed inside the pillowcase of a favorite pillow. The scent helps you to fall sleep well and can even help create vivid dreams depending on the herbs used.

Insomnia - If you are finding it hard to fall asleep, then the herbal blend in this herbal pillow will help you.  Just place under pillow and breathe in the aromas to take you to slumber land - 25g

Restful sleep - This blend of herbs will help you to have a restful sleep.  They will help you to fall asleep and the aromas will keep you in your restful state - 20g

Nightmare be gone - If you have some of those unpleasant dreams, then this blend of herbs will help those bad dreams disappear.  The blend of herbs used in this pillow have been used traditionally to ward off bad dreams - 20g

Headache gone - This blend of herbs will help you to get rid of your headache and help you to fall asleep peacefully - 25g

Just for Men - This blend of herbs was formulated just for you men, with a manly aroma to help you to fall asleep and have those pleasant dream - 30g

Just for Women - This blend of herbs was formulated just for you women, with a sweet rosey aroma to help you to fall asleep and have those pleasant dream - 25g

How to use:

If you’re on your back, place your eye pillow over your eyes, forehead or throat, or find another sleeping position and place it in your hand. All you need to do is…allow your mind to clear and the wave of sleep to come.

The eye pillow can also be simply placed on your eyes to block the light while you meditate or simply be placed on your forehead to relieve a headache.

Before each use gently squash a few times to let the aroma escape.  To add a few drops of your favourite essential oil, open the flap of the pillow (like you do when you are changing your pillow cases) and put a few drops of essential oil on the herbs in your eye pillow. Wait until the drops dry before you use it.
