Inula helenium
Elecampane is known primarily as a respiratory tonic, and is used to ease breathing in the cases of asthma and bronchitis. The chemical constituents of the root are helenalin, helenin and inulin which have been shown to have expectorant and antiseptic properties.

- Bronchitis
- Congestion
- Cough
- Nerve/back pain
- parasites/worms
Historically, herbal elixirs were used medicinally, as a pleasant way to treat a variety of ailments. Adding a sweetener to bitter or astringent herb tinctures can make ingesting them a more palatable experience, especially with kids.

This product contains Alcohol
Dosage:
20 drops 3 x Day for Adults. 10 drops 2 x day for Kids.
Continue using the tincture until you notice an improvement in symptoms. Once improvement is observed, discontinue use. Should symptoms reappear, resume taking the tincture.
