Our Cough Relief Elixir is a versatile herbal formulation designed to support the respiratory system through both wet and dry coughs. Whether you're dealing with chesty mucus-filled congestion or a dry, irritating tickle in the throat, this elixir contains a carefully selected blend of herbs to soothe, loosen, and support healing naturally.

Key Ingredients:

  • Elderflower – A traditional remedy for fevers and respiratory congestion. Elderflower helps ease inflammation in the respiratory tract and promotes gentle sweating to support the immune response.
  • Plantain – Particularly useful for wet, productive coughs. It soothes irritated mucous membranes and helps expel mucus while reducing inflammation in the bronchial tubes.
  • Mullein – A classic herb for dry or spasmodic coughs, mullein coats the throat and lungs, easing dryness and supporting expectoration.
  • Coltsfoot – Traditionally used for dry, hacking coughs. Coltsfoot acts as a demulcent and antitussive, providing moisture to dry airways and reducing the urge to cough.

Medicinal Properties:

  • Helps loosen and clear mucus in wet, chesty coughs
  • Soothes irritation in dry, tickly or spasmodic coughs
  • Reduces inflammation in the throat and bronchial passages
  • Supports respiratory healing and function
  • Calms coughing reflex while supporting expectoration
  • Strengthens the body’s natural response to respiratory infections and irritation

Our Cough Relief Elixir offers a balanced herbal approach to soothing both wet and dry coughs, helping to clear congestion, ease throat irritation, and restore calm to the lungs and airways. A must-have for your herbal cabinet during the colder seasons or anytime your lungs need a little extra care.
