Here is a basic recipe that you can use to make a simple Face Mask. After you have tried the recipe below, start experimenting with different types of powders and clays.
Recipe makes 4 face masks
- 2 tsp of herb (choose any face mask herb powders here)
- 2 tsp Oatmeal (Purchase here)
- 2 Tsp Clay (Purchase here)
Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl. Put powdered herbs in an airtight container.
How to use:
Place 1 tsp of mix on the palm of your hand and add enough water to form a paste.
Massage into your face and leave for 5-10 mins. Wash off with warm water. Apply moistruizer.
You can use a face mask 1 - 2 times per week.
